Parkmead Community Association Presents: Earth Day neighborhood clean-up!
In honor of Earth Day this year, the Parkmead Community Association has organized a neighborhood cleanup in partnership with The Clean-Up Crew. This is a great way to bring neighbors together to enjoy the spring weather while also doing good for our neighborhood and Mother Earth.
Please join us at Tice Creek Elementary at 9:00 am-11:30 am on Saturday, April 22nd. We’ll head out from the school parking lot on pick-up routes that will hit the highest litter areas, including Olympic, South Main, Tice Creek and Parkmead Schools. The event is fun for the whole family, an opportunity to heighten our environmental awareness, and a chance to let our Parkmead neighborhood pride shine.
NEW this year, we are adding a little spring cleaning to the mix. At the same time and location as the PCA Neighborhood Clean-Up, you are invited to clean out your old papers and have them professionally shredded. All are welcome, donations go to support the Parkmead Community Association.
