Calling all Chili Chefs (and Tasters)!

After a one-year hiatus, the PCA is again hosting its famous Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, November 13th at 1p-4p on Maple Lane. If you would like to enter, or are interested in volunteering for the event - please see the links below. This event is not only a fun Chili competition/Block Party, but also serves as our annual General Meeting for the Parkmead Community Association. In addition to samples of chili, the PCA will provide cornbread and adult and kid-friendly beverages.

**Chili Chef Guidance

-Bring about 2 crock pots of chili (~12-16quarts)

-Bring max three toppings per entrant

-Chili name card with ingredient descriptors, ladle, chili tasting cups, table, and power will be provided to entrants at the event
