PCA Neighborhood Block Party

  • Lee Street (Between Arlene and Arbutus) Lee Street Walnut Creek, CA 94595 US (map)

The Parkmead Community Association will be hosting the annual neighborhood end-of-summer party on Saturday, September 18th, from 4-7pm on Lee St.

  • There will be free food and drinks! We'll have a taco truck and will provide one free plate per Parkmead resident. When you arrive at the event, check-in with us at the check-in table to receive your free meal ticket. Anybody who wants seconds can pay the taco truck directly for additional food ($10 and $7 menu options). So bring your wallet!

  • We'll also have beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.

  • Shave ice! There will be a neighborhood shave ice vendor - cash or Venmo accepted.

  • LIVE MUSIC from our very own Arbutus resident Eric Eckstein!

  • Face painting for kids, and possibly some games. If you can help out and want to bring a corn hole set or something like that, let us know!

We'll have a few chairs, but bring your camp chair if you have one and want to sit.

The event is free to attend, but we encourage attendees to contribute your household's annual $15 dues, if you have not already done so! Information on paying dues is available on the PCA website, www.parkmead.org.

We hope to see you there, come on out and enjoy the company of your neighbors!

Note: The event is permitted by the City of Walnut Creek, and will be conducted in accordance with all relevant current Contra Costa County and California state health guidelines. Per current Contra Costa County guidelines, masks are not required, but are strongly encouraged for everyone, regardless of vaccination status (except when actively eating or drinking).
